The brand new location features three expansive, dog-friendly decks with sweeping views, designed for sipping and socializing. Inside, guests will find a full kitchen serving a unique menu inspired by family recipes, alongside an ever-rotating lineup of Grist House beers brewed on-site.

No, we do not allow outside food or alcohol at this location.
No, we do not offer table service. Drinks can be ordered at the bar, and food can be ordered at the snack bar ordering point next to the kitchen window.
Yes, Grist House – Command is a dog friendly brewery!
Our pet policy is simple:
- No dogs inside the taproom.
- No barking!
- Dogs must be leashed and under control at all times.
- Dogs may not be on tables or chairs.
- Please, clean up after your pet.
If Grist House Staff feels your dog is being disruptive in any way, you will be asked to leave.
Yes, Grist House – Command is an adult establishment that has always welcomed children, and we’d like to continue to do so.
These house rules were created with your child’s safety in mind:
- Children must be supervised at all times. There can not be more than 3 children per 1 adult
- No running
- No climbing on the tables, benches, wood piles, fences, walls, etc…
- No throwing rocks
- Strollers must not block entrance/exits, ramps, stairways, or walkways.
- No changing diapers outside of the restroom.
- Please keep children with you at your table – No tables of children without an adult present will be allowed. The responsible adult must be within 10 feet of their children at all times
- Shoes and clothes must be worn at all times
Our main lot is connected to the building. We also have two additional parking lots, please see the parking map located below.

Please only park in designated spots and do not park illegally, especially along Sgt. Messerschmidt Rd.
Please do NOT park at Collier Community Park, the gates are closed and locked at dusk and you will not be able to retrieve your car if it is locked in.
Yes! All Grist House locations have Happy Hour from 4 – 6 PM, Wednesday through Friday. Happy hour features $1 off all drafts.
No, all seating is first come first served.
Yes! You can purchase a gift card here. Please keep in mind, these are physical cards that will be mailed via USPS.
We will fill any clean growler.
The cleanliness of your growler is extremely important for the health of the beer. We recommend that you rinse your growler several times with hot water immediately following consumption and allow to dry completely. If a growler is soiled in any way, we reserve the right to refuse to fill it.
We sell 64oz and 32oz branded growlers if you need one.
Beers that are available in 4-packs and limited release beers are not eligible for growler fills.
At this time we do not fill crowlers.
At this time, we are NOT booking private events at Grist House Command.
