The road from command center
to craft brewery
Since we announced our expansion to the former missile command center in Collier, there have been a lot of questions. Will it be dog friendly? Will there be a restaurant? Is the helipad on the property yours? (Sadly, no). But one question has been asked more than any other:
WHEN WILL THE BREWERY BE OPEN?
We are not going to answer that question today, however we are going to give you the first look inside the building at the work being done! This is a massive project, and we wanted to show you just how much is going into this new site.

The entire building had a drop ceiling. Once removed, it revealed how truly enormous the space is.
Nearly every cinderblock wall in the building is coming down!
Don’t worry, not everything is on the chopping block. We do not want to erase the history, we want to write the next chapter of this incredible building. Many signs and fixtures will remain in the building and will be featured in the final space, like the safe we have yet to figure out how to open.
This is an incredibly large project, and believe us, we are just as impatient to be done and open as you are, but there is still a lot of work to be done.
